Kappi frá Kommu hlýtur heiðursverðlaun fyrir afkvæmi

Kappi frá Kommu var einn af þeim stóðhestum sem voru heiðraðir sem heiðursverðlaunahestar á Icehorse festival um helgina. Danska ræktunarsambandið verðlaunaði þar þrjá stóðhesta þá Hnokka frá Fellskoti, Vita frá Kagaðarhóli og Kappa frá Kommu sem allir hafa náð þeim merka áfanga að hljóta heiðursverðlaun fyrir afkvæmi. Við sama tilefni voru hryssurnar Saga frá Þóreyjarnúpi og Sara frá Teland einnig heiðraðar sem heiðursverðlauna hryssur fyrir afkvæmi.

Kappi náði til heiðursverðlauna árið 2023. Hann á 51 dæmd afkvæmi í kynbótadómi og er með 121 stig í aðaleinkunn án skeiðs. Ræktandi hans er Vilberg Jónsson en eigandi er Sofie Kirk Kristiansen.
